All-Star Dave Nelson made his name with the Rangers but got his start back in Washington—where he just so happened to have scored the last-ever Senators run at RFK Stadium. Nelson went on to a career in coaching and broadcasting, primarily for the Brewers. Nelson's battle-scarred helmet (American Baseball Cap, size 7-1/4) shows outstanding wear and great eye appeal. There are number "14" decals on the brim and back, to go along with the iconic "W" logo. Two edge cracks, one on each side, in no way compromise the helmet's structural integrity and are not visible when displaying frontally.
